The article is very vague and only says "the report" and "the authors" and doesn't give any information about who they are. I'm not doubting the findings of the "report," just curious about who the heck conducted it.
I was wondering this as well & upon some researching, the report is the first by the Protest & Assembly Rights Project, started by the Global Justice Clinic at NYU & the Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic at the Fordham Law School.
