Workplace democracy is the application of democracy in all its forms (including voting systems, debates, democratic structuring, due process, adversarial process, & systems of appeal) in the workplace.
The fact that capitalism creates a social space under the name of “private industry” completely absent of democracy, and given to individual instead of collective interest has horrible consequences, both for the individual worker and for the collective society.
